STORE PICKUP
In store pickup is available from M-8, Gole Market, Mahanagar Lucknow.
Orders can be picked up daily, from 11.30 AM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Fill in the payment details and click the “Place Order” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30 Kms of our shop.
Orders placed before 6 PM during store hours 11 AM – 9 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 12 Hours using available shipping providers. Flat rate shipping fee of INR 70.00 applies to orders below INR 499.00 shipping to Lucknow. Orders above will be shipped free of cost within Lucknow. We do not ship outside of Lucknow at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at didofido813@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
